CURRENCY

All product and shipping prices on the website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).  

PAYMENT 
1. Credit card. 
2. Bank transfer: If you live in Hong Kong, we also accept payment by bank transfer. Email us at ask.allthings@gmail.com to let us know which products you would like to buy. Then transfer the payment to our Hang Seng account 364 235788 883, email us the receipt, and we will mail you the products.

SHIPPING
1. Hong Kong
Orders under 1 kg : Hong Kong Post (1-2 business days) 
Orders over 1 kg : SF Express (1-2 business days) 

 2. Overseas
All orders : Hong Kong Post Airmail (around 10 business days)

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly refund or exchange any faulty items. I'm sorry but we will not refund if you change your mind.

THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK

Please feel free to email us about your interest in our products and we'll notify you by email the date the item is expected back in stock.

BUYING OUR PRODUCTS LOCALLY

Our products are available in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Australia. Please see here for our consignment stores.

PAPER

We use 250gsm textured paper for most of our products.  

ENVELOPES

Our regular cards are paired with cream white envelopes (120 gsm) and square cards come with light blue envelopes (140 gsm).  

PACKAGING

All products are packaged in individual clear plastic bags. We make sure they are packed carefully to avoid damage during shipping.  

PERSONALIZED ORDERS

We also design wedding invites, posters, backdrops and personalized cards. Please email us at ask.allthings@gmail.com with details and we will be happy to give you a quote.   

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected will be kept safe, confidential and respected. We will not sell or pass on any personal information to any third party. However the information may need to be shared with others who require it to complete your order. (post office, courier etc)

•1千克以下之訂單：香港郵政（1-2個工作日）

•超過1公斤之訂單：順豐快遞（1-2個工作日）

2.海外

•所有訂單：香港郵政空郵（大約10個工作日）

退換產品

我們會退還或交換任何損毀產品。

請隨時以電子郵件與我們聯絡, 當產品有貨時我們會儘快通知。

我們的卡和明信片皆使用 250g 畫紙 。

信封

我們的A6卡配乳白色信封（120克）、方形卡配淡藍色信封（140克）。

包裝

所有產品均裝在單個透明塑膠包裝袋。我們確保妥善包裝，以避免運輸過程中損壞。

個人化訂單

我們曾設計婚禮邀請卡，海報，背幕和各類卡片。如有查詢，請發電郵至ask.allthings@gmail.com 與我們傾談細節。

隱私政策

收集的個人資料將會保密。我們不會出售或傳送任何個人資料給任何第三方。然而，資料可能要與其他需要它來完成訂單的人分享。 （如郵局，快遞等）
